Bronze Incident Assist Plan
The Bronze Plan offers essential emergency support at an ultra-affordable rate. It’s ideal for individuals looking for basic protection in crisis situations.
Monthly Premium: R7.00

Crisis Assist Line for emergencies like hijacking, fire, or medical trauma

Silver Incident Assist Plan
The Silver Plan builds on the Bronze offering with added convenience and home support services.
Monthly Premium: R12.00
Ideal for families and homeowners needing extra support.
Includes all Bronze benefits, plus:

Tele-doctor consultations (sick notes, referrals, e-scripts)

Trip Monitor (safe travel tracking)

Home Assist (3 emergency household repairs per year)

Gold Incident Assist Plan

Platinum Incident Assist Plan
The Platinum Plan is Cura’s most comprehensive Incident Assistance option, combining emergency, lifestyle, and personal safety benefits into one premium package.

Includes all Gold benefits, plus:

Premiums (incl. VAT) are for a family. Premiums are reviewed and may be adjusted annually.
HOW TO MAKE USE OF THE BENEFITS OF THIS PRODUCT:
Should a client require assistance for any of the listed incidents, they should phone the Cura Incident Assist helpline on 0861 113 527 and have their South African ID number to hand. A list of options will be given guiding the caller to the necessary department.
NB: If an ambulance is required, please do not call the Cura Incident Asssist helpline, but instead call your Medical Scheme’s contracted ambulance service.
