Life & Health Hospital Cover

When accidents, sickness or death strike, one is seldom truly prepared and equipped for the costs that are due to follow. Belonging to a medical scheme certainly brings some relief, but it never covers all eventualities or costs.

This is not a medical scheme and the cover is not the same as that of a medical scheme. This policy is not a substitute for medical scheme membership.

What does Cura’s Life and Health Cover entail?

  • Emergency transportation
  • Funeral benefits as per the benefit table.

The company will pay to the principal insured person an amount in accordance with the table of benefits subject to the limitations

Children are covered until they reach the age of 21. They then have the option to take out their own policies without new waiting periods. This age may be extended to the age of 25 in respect of an unmarried child who is a full-time student.
